## Services

- AI agents: agents that use a company's tools and data to complete tasks (answer clients, check availability, book, look up orders, open tickets), with human approval for consequential actions.
- Automated AI workflows: event-driven or scheduled pipelines that read documents and e-mails, classify, extract fields, decide the next step and route exceptions to people.
- LLM integration: language models added to existing products and back offices, including retrieval over company documents (RAG), drafting, summaries and structured extraction.
- AI assistants on WhatsApp and Telegram: client-facing assistants that reply, book and hand over to a person.
- Evaluation, guardrails and operations: test sets, red-teaming, cost limits, monitoring, and the web, mobile and cloud infrastructure AI systems run on. Domain experience in fintech and trading.

## Approach
